Well, it can't be Google cause it's not website, it's a search engine. And plus there's no such thing as the largest website. One reason is because no one bothers to make one. There are other reasons though.

Maybe it is ebay.com ?
But what is meant with largest? It can be the biggest sitemap (most linked pages) or the highest resolution of the html page(there www.largest-website.com tries to get it, but still it isn't yet).
