e-mail was sent from an internet cafe. I would like to know what city or town it was sent from.

It's a little more complicated than just clicking on "Full Headers" for the info.
After you do that you copy the IP address [example] 55.656.12.12
and go to Whois at: http://whois.domaintools.com and do a search.
You can use the doamin name also.

Or you can go to Arin at: http://www.arin.net/ and do a search.

Set your email program to show FULL headers of incomming emails. Carefully look at what info is provided; clues may be there.

However, if you DON'T know who sent it, then it's spam and worth trashing. NEVER respond to emails you don't know who sent them.
