If you mean Social Security, it's 6.2% paid by you and 6.2% paid by your employer. For Mediacre you pay an additional 1.45% which is also matched at 1.45% by your employer.

Easy. Visit your local SSS branch office, answer a few questions, and they'll mail you something answering all your SSS questions.

Be patient, as this is a Government request you're making.
