I take the pen out of your right hand and put it into your left hand. There it is now a left handed pen.

i'm not left handed, but i have a sensa pen that is extremely comfortable.. the part of the pen you hold is more like a jelly that reforms every time you use it.. i imagine it would be the same way for both left and right handers :)
