practice scales, and don't push yourself, if you push, it will only take longer and will possibaly wreck your vocal cords if you do it over a long enough period of time. extending vocal range also takes time and maturity. if you're going through your teenage years, it will take a while for your voice to settle. go to a vocal coach and ask for help, don't do this on your own. also when working through scales, make sure you work on going through your brake. for anyone looking at this, girls go through the same thing guys do, just not as dramatic. most people don't seem to notice this. good luck, and always have fun with music.

Do daily warm ups and gradually go higher and lower. Don't do it all at once, just gradually go up a few steps higher everyday. Keep working at it and eventually you will become stronger at singing those notes that were once out of your reach. As you age, however, your range won't increase as much as it did in youth.

practice your scales...use a keyboard or piano and do small scales from low to high every day, even if you can't, force your voice even if it doesn't sound right. open your mouth to and belt it out.
