its like a soap that u use with a spongey bath ball so it lathers your body well,but it won't hurt if you use it on your hair to.it depends how it makes your hair feel if u feel clean using it as a shampoo,then use it for both

for a guy i would say shower gel is for both the body and hair. i dont see any man buying separate body soap, shampoo and conditioner for himself unless his wife or girl friend is doing the shopping and even more so if she is washing him...guys are lazy!
