I think this theroy is tottaly bs. Someone was talking about there night and then someone was like stop refering to yourself as a virgin if u had oral sex your not. Does anyone else ind this totally rediculace.

If you have only had oral sex you are still a virgin because as defined in the traditional old-fashioned sense there is no penetration. Just be careful because you can still catch and spread STDs and AIDS thru oral sex.

i can see both sides of this...oral IS a sex ACT and u still can get STDs from it however... i think to not be considered a virgin anymore, u have 2 have penetration...so...i would say a person is still a virgin after oral

Oral sex is considered sex, so no, you are not a virgin because you are no longer pure.
I'm pretty sure you wouldn't find this ridiculous if it was your boyfriend giving another girl oral sex and he said it didn't count because penetration wasn't involved.

I know in the state of Texas, legally, oral sex with a minor is considered sex. But you still have your cherry youre a vergin. Its just one of those weird things.

oral sex is sex much like manslaughter is killing someone...virginity is more a state of not knowing the pleasures of sex....one who has performed or received oral sex knows the pleasure...they just haven't inserted anything anywhere yet...many girls lose their hymen early in life due to tampons and other non-sex related sources...so.......if you've had oral sex...you're not a virgin.....deal with it and stop trying to be technical....

Well, not in my book, it isn't... Just because one experiences an orgasm does not mean they are no longer a virgin. That's almost the same thing as masturbation - the only difference is it involves a second party.

Virginity is not just a broken hymen... ITs an eye-opener to a new world.. that feeling u cant explain.... anything u did first that pertains to sex would considered u deverginized ( thats my personal opinion)
