my situation can be found in the "how can i open a womans eyes" question, ya know ive told her damn near everything, and done and shown her everything i can, but still she ignores the fact shes in love with me but cant let go of him. i cant lose her, i wont lose her what is my next move? i honestly i think i should tell her its one or the other, if shes to be with him, i cant be in her life as bad as it will hurt, and if she wants to talk and makes up her mind or has something to say she can call me because im not gonna call her anymore and give it a week or so and see how it goes, i also work with this woman and see her the entire 8 hours of my day....Yes i know save the lecture. but advice and opinions are gratefully appreaciated. thanks

Why do you say "she ignores the fact she's in love with me?" How do you know she's in love with you? If you give her the ultimatum you must be ready for her to choose the other guy because there is always that chance especially if she can't let go of him. We women don't like being backed into a corner.
A relationship with a co-worker - if you give her the ultimatum and she chooses you, it will be hard. Emotionally, physically and mentally. I f you give her the ultimatum and she chooses the other guy, it will be harder and you will still have to work with her.
I say you forgo the ultimatum and if she really does love you she will come to it on her own. If it's meant to be, it will be.

I would quit calling her or anything. Ignore her at work, just don't speak. If I were you I would not give her an ultimatum. That might backfire.
