Men have nipples because all humans start out female, and only later in development do males differentiate, change, and develop the characteristics that make them uniquely male. If you examine a scrotum closely, you will notice a seam that runs down the middle of it – this is because the tissue that forms the scrotum in a male, is the same tissue that forms labia in a female. Few people, particularly men, recognize this, but a clitoris, the sensitive part of the female genitals becomes hard when a girl is aroused – I am certain that is not just a coincidence. Ovaries and testicles are also two different finished products that our bodies create out of the same tissue, depending solely on gender.
So men’s nipples are a relic of a time before birth when boys were girls.

I've actually read this. All fetus' start as female, later on in the pregnancy process,I'm not sure when, but when our gender is decided our other organs grow out for boy and in for girl. Therefore we all have nipples.
