I have the Smallville dvds and I can tell you with absolute certainity that this is from Season 1 Episode 15.. .called Nicodemus.
It's when Lana got infected with the Nicodemus flower and wasn't acting like herself. And yes, here she was coming onto Clark, jumped into the pool, kissed him and pushed him in the pool leaving him to get caught. I've watched these episodes too many times, lol.
