1. Throwing rocks at the car.
2. Shooting birds with BB guns
3. Running down the mail boxes
4. Place yard statues in the middle of the street at night.

An actual Pissant is an ant that lives in certain European forests and gets its name from the odor produce by its nesting material - pine straw and pine needles mixed with the formic acid that ants secrete.
