the personal injury was sexual abuse by a priest. in 1988 my attorney charged me 45%+expences, was this a legal rate to charge at that time,also if it was not the legal rate can i sue for the over charge.

Depends upon the agreement you had with him. Take it to the bank that he knows what the legal limit is, if any, and isn't going to risk his law license on it.

You obviously signed an agreement for that 45%. You should have raised your objections at that time, before signing. It's too late to complain about it now!

I stay in Virginia and that i actually prefer to pass to Hawaii. Virginia is eye-catching too with the blue ridge mountains, VA capes, the seashores, rivers and the ecosystem. i could not at all leave to stay someplace else yet i might surely pass to Hawaii inspite of the undeniable fact that. that's homestead inspite of the undeniable fact that I dream of being on the sea coast in Hawaii
