I would say whoever got there first. Wait- this is a trick question isnt it? All the vehicles except the mail truck can just drive through a stop sign and be on their way to whatever disaster. Therefore these vehicles will nevr be at a stopsign at the sae sign and the mail truck gets the right of way. Good question!

The ambulance should go last. That way, when the police car, fire truck, and mail truck all smash into each other in the intersection, the ambulance will still be able to collect all the casualties and transport them back to the hospital.

It would depend. If the ambulance, fire truck and police car all had emergencys and had their flashers on then the ambulance would have priority because it already has an established personal injury call. That's above the fire (which is property) and crime (police car)
