Is there a term that means an acronym of acronyms:?

No... An acronym is a series of letter that stand for something. Like LASER or SCUBA.

If you want to form an acronym from one of these, such as the South Carolina SCUBA Association, I imagine you would abbreviate it as SCSA. It would still be considered an acronym.
