Some do.... I had a girlfriend talk me into it awhile back. Being mine, they're by definition a Guy's thong; but the "victoria's secret" logo kinda gives it away.
Try it. The right style thong is more comfortable and give more support than anything else.(Personally, I usually go with v's secret "V" string panties.)
