Your best bet is to call around because usually most places hire at age 16, but some will hire you at 15. Try grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores, fast food restaurants. If these don't interest you, you could mow lawns over the summer for people in your neighborhood or you could babysit.

Have you checked with the local fast food places, grocery stores, or other stores like WalMart, Meijer, Kmart or Target? You may also look into your parks and recreation department. If you cannot find a paying job, you could do volunteer work...maybe at the local animal shelter, or with underprivledged children. Doing volunteer work is very rewarding, and it looks good on a resume.

There aren't too many places. Try a local grocery store for bagging. If your town has a local youth commission, they would know where would hire you at age 14. good luck!

Try your local newspapers. They work late at night but they usually have carriers that need help. at least here in Tampa Area they do. I have my son (also 15 and looking for jobs) and another kid. They insert the papers on Sunday(midnight).
Or try Winn Dixie if they have one near you. That is where my son went and I think he got hired yesterday.

Try a local day camp, they are always looking for young people, to work for the summer, and you get to be outdoors all day, and you can make lots of new friends. That's where I worked when I was 15, and I had the best summer ever.

Well, in Nevada you have to have a worker's permit from the local probation department. Also your hours that they can work you are limited due to your age and if you are in school. I would make sure that your State does not require a workers permit. I know that you can not work in hazardous places such as warehouses or places with industrial equipment such as forklifts ect.........

Not too many places since you are still considered under age. You might want to place an ad to do babysitting, yard work, etc. If you babysit, make sure you are qualified and not an abusive person.
