Appears difficult atleast as of today. Phone directories and enuiry services hardly have E-mail IDs and that too not updated so frequently.
However calling them and enquiring their email IDs may work sometimes.

Sure, since you already have their phone number, call them and ask their e-mail address... No really, there are sites which charge a bunch of money to find out personal info. But since e-mail addresses are so portable it would be close to impossible to find out without asking them directly or paying some sort of P.I. service.

you can ask them yourself! but otherwise you can't because an e-mail address is something is made by the person. It can't be found in any way besides asking, it's not like an address you can't find it by phone number.
