Ok, it was mildly amusing.

For the record, you must first have a judgment before you can attempt a wage garnishment. And unless the owner is an employee, you'd need to find another way to enforce the judgment.

lol... not unless he's an employee....

If he's the owner than.... I dont think wages are garnished I think the bank just takes your stuff if you cant pay them in a timely manner.

right?
