I'm a natural blonde, I always got straight A's and I graduated valedictorian. I'm one of the top students in my classes at my college, Berkley University. What the freak is up with the stereotyping???

I don't know. I resent it too as a natural blond. I graduated in the top of my class from a really competitive prep school, went on to graduate #1 in my major from college (and get inducted into Phi Beta Kappa), and graduated in the top of my law school class. But, no matter what I do, people still treat me like I'm some sort of stupid kid. It drives me nuts.

The only thing I can see is how the blondes on tv are a little cookoo in the head, so some people assume that all are like that. I know a smart blonde.

who knows. i dont get it, but a lot of the blondes imet seemed a little slow. they made good grades, but acted retarted. im sure this isnt true for every single blonde. sterotypes suck. but most have a little bit of truth to them. just a little. just be the exception to those who sterotype. im jamaican, and people are shocked that i look Chinese/Puerto Rican. so. i know they are ignorant, and when i let themknow about jamaican history, then they've learned something.

stereotypes are based on percentages and truths , so the stereo typing sticks, but then why would you care? if you are what you say you are then people will see it by the way you talk, the way you carry your self, your tone, your inflection, your correct grammar, your knowlege of wordly events beyond the mundane, then none of the streotyping affects you, only those who the image fits..
