First of all Partner with your local Travel Agencies, and discuss using your guest house as part of a Package they sell. Visit or do a Direct Mail to Bussinesses and Firms that offer Awards Programs for their Employees, Use a free night or Discount Incentive Via a Brochure, to establish Corporate Accounts for Meetings, Training Seminars ect.., Parner with Wedding Specialist such as THE Wedding Market and advertise on their Web Sites. Oh and by the way for your Direct Mail or Brochures , Presentation Folders, Mints with you Guest House name on them, or a Gift you provide to Charity with your name on it, I will be glad to assist you. Also, consider signing up for an affiliate program. These programs enable you to advertise on other's sites (your affiliates) and once a sale is made to you, your affiliates & the program are paid a commission.
