I use to like him but now I don't should i believe the rumors or talk to him about it and let him know I don't like him like that. He's nice and all but he's so not my type none of my friends are really.

What you need to do is set the records straight. Everybody "talks" and you need to get to the bottom of it. Come up to him and ask him if he likes you. Be honest with him and tell him the truth. Make sure that you are clear on that and hopefully, he will accept it. Don't believe rumors. Your best source is to talk to the boy yourself.

don't i repeat don't say anything to him about it UNTIL he brings it up..you could risk losing a friendship..if/when he does just mention to him that you don't see him the same way and that you'd only like to stay friends....you could risk emberrasment if he doesn't....but like i mentioned the thing you could be ultimately losing is the friendship...also, you would know if he likes you because he would treat you a little different from the rest and the signs are there, you might not see them because you are not looking for them...take a second and if they are there you will see them...
