Nurses are wonderful giving people...the deserve more money DEFINITELY. they should of course be trusted..I trust nurses more than doctors most of the time...I expect nurses to be caring and professional...I've had very few bad experiences from nurses..most of the time they are outsanding.

Nurses are over worked and cant do everything for someone who is seriously ill. My mom was sick for 5 months and she has been to 2 hopsitals and 2 care centers.. some nurses are good and some just do the least they can get away with.. and some nurses are sooooo over worked there is no way they can care for a patient the way a family member would like.... i had to learn to trust the nurses.. even tho i felt it was wrong... otherwise i would sit by her bed and try my best to fight for every little thing.. cuz if someone is sick.. u have to make sure things get done... so they wont get more sick ... you have to treat them with respect... so they are nice when u leave your family member behind.. and u have to be strong when something doesnt seem right.. but dont offend them... in arizona.. the nurses are contantly rotating and none know the full scope of what the patients history... if someone is ill and cant speak for themsleves.. i advice u get family together and have someone with them at all times... even at night... unless they are in icu.. most nurses try all they can.. but when someone is really ill... they need full time care.. not just someone on thier list.

Nurses are seen more often than physicians. I would have to answer with this...........Ethics. All medical personal should have a basic understanding of medical ethics but should also be able to be understanding and have a sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine. You would want to have a professional attitude and be there for your patients to answer questions and show compassion.

Well I can tell you what I dont expect.... A bad attitude... #1.

Some are sooooo rude.. like its a privelege that there even there with me. I mean come on ... It's not my fault im lying here and not well....

Or when your having a baby and the *** hole says..... calm down... women do this all the time its normal...

F yOU Im squeezing something out of my crotch and your telling me to calm down?

Respect is number one... Compassion would be number two... good old fashionded TENDER loving care.
