In the first place, "666" is the number of the beast. A number, not a date: 6/6/06 doesn't do it. In the second place, imbuing a number with a power other than mathematical is supertitiousness. In the third place, this Revelations thing is quite a cloudy rant, and what was meant by "666 is the number of the beast" is not at all as clear as the supertitious-minded Christians would have it.

people are going way too crazy about it, but i actually find it quite funny. while watching the news this morning with my grandma, there were about 50 specials about it on less than seven channels. i do find the movie "the omen" pretty interesting, my sister went and saw it today, i must ask her if it is good enough to watch. but my opinion on today "666", it is only one day and nothing is going to happen. it has happened before in 1806 and 1906, and the only reason that it is such a big deal now is because the world is too concerned about many things, and they don't stop worrying about little things like 6-6-06. i mean, come on people, it's only one day. but i am happy that i actually got to live to see "satan's day". lol. well, there is my point of view on 6/6/06.

Well, it's true that the Bible said 666 is the sign of the anti Christ, so should be aware of that! But, about the date 6/06/2006, well I already pass that day and nothing happened! I think we shouldn't be worried too much about the date, some ppl say that it's the end of days, but don't jump into conclusion too fast, guys. Only Heavenly Father knows about end of days.. All we need to do is be prepared n live our lives the way He want us to..

To me its just another day like any other. But with a good movie opening on that day.

I have an X who was born on Halloween and he is facinated with scary movies and all the evil stuff. His 1st son had to be named Damian and he was. He wasnt born on 6/6/06 but I bet my x was kicking himself in the @*! for not waiting until later to do the dirty. He would have made a big adoo about it! Probably would have also convinced who ever was having his kid to go into labor that day even if she wasnt due then.

There was an 06/06/06 in 1906. And nothing happened then did it? Not to mention, time is different everywhere.

well i don't get why people are making a big deal about it. it is 6/6/06 . and with the zero in there is doesn't mean anything. i don't think people should worry about it. but everyone has there own views

Can´t say I haven´t thought about it - no matter how 'illogical' it is. But numbers fascinate me and if I believe in the force of group prayer, is it statistically possible that bad vibes can also have bad results? In any case, 6/6/06 is truly tomorrow, or at one second past midnight tonight. We'll see then. Good tidings...

If anything should have happened according to a date, then it should have happened June 6, in the year six. That would have been the
closest thing to a 6-6-6 (by date I mean)
