Im in the office and I'm pretty sure there's firewall because i can't download Yahoo or Msn messenger but a few here are chattin using Skype but i can't open the webpage.

Almost certainly your office firewall won't let you, because it would create a breach in the firewall if you used it, which could be exploited by a hacker to attack your company network.
The Firewall will want to examine everything that comes in, and everything that goes out through it. If it is looking at "packets", (like emails or web pages), then it can do it, but chats are more difficult so they get blocked.
