In the theme song, does Stewie say "laugh and cry" or "effin cry".
It's sounds like effin cry to me.

In most episodes, its "Laugh and cry."
However, in a Q&A session Seth did at a college awhile back, he admitted that there are certain episodes where the intro uses a different version where Stewie does indeed say "effin' cry." He wouldn't say which episodes have it, though.

at first i thought it said effin cry but i was singing to it one day and it said laugh and cry so i'm confused your guess is as good as mine.
