remember the lust filled nights
remember the carefree days
remember the heartbroken fights
remember the memories never fade
remember the good, and remember the bad but always remember the love we have.

I wrote this song right after my mom passed away. I played it at her funeral but had to get someone else to finish singing it.

Verse 1
Mom you know we love you
We’ll miss you everyday
Your life has meant so much to me
More then I can say
I know the pain is gone now
Your troubles are far behind
My emptiness is filled
Knowing you’re at peace on the other side

Chorus
Your living in Paradise
Your singing with the king
You’re strolling down streets of gold
Not worrying about a thing

Verse 2
There is no more sorry
No suffering or pain
Feeling better then you’ve ever felt before
Jesus has wiped away your tears
And made you new again
All of lives questions are answered and explained

Sometimes.

A poem made up on the spot,
can often be quite a lot,
but I think I can do this,
so here it goes; don't give me a diss.

This service is great,
though not quite first-rate,
the people can be wrong,
Bing Bong Dong!

I'm not that great a poet,
but with a boat, I might row it,
sow the seeds for me,
and with a small fee,

I'll think up a few verses,
and with a couple of curses,
I'll string up a sweet rhyme,
for no more than a dime,

so when in need of a poem,
I might just know 'em,
call on me, Neil,
for I'm the real deal!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

That took a few minutes.

It's not very good, but at least it rhymes.

That's all I've got...

The water rushes by
and into me
and out of me
I feel you in me everyday
And I feel the rushing power,
the moving force,
the flowing.
I am trying without you.
And somehow your river is there,
and it pushes me along
as i become consumed.
The water no longer rushes by
as the water is part
and I am not the whole.
I can feel you
when I am stagnant
and yet I am still carried away.
For the water rushes by
and into me
and out of me.

hmm... ok well i ges here it is

I once had a friend
who liked to eat dirt
It got in his hair
and on the front of his shirt

He wouldn't eat veggies
or pasta or meat
The mud on his shoes
was his favorite treat

He ate it for breakfast
for dinner, and lunch
Sometimes he added bugs
to give it extra crunch

well i hope u like my very touching and meaningful poetry lol

Clouds are white
Shadows are black
I bet you cry like a baby
When you're in the sack

Promises are empty
Lies are all full
I bet they all laughed
When you pooped in the pool! HA!!

Poetic verse is such a curse
to those who don't take the time
Will it be you who thinks it through
and makes up a decent rhyme?
