Pay your child support and get your son as often as you can to keep him away from her it doesn't sound like she is wrapped to tight

You should talk to an attorney, she should have more sense than to date a child. Your son is to young to understand about appropriate ages. But if she's with a 16 yr. old, she's probably acting just as immature as he is, and that is not a fit environment for a 3 yr. old. It might not do much good to talk to his parents because if they try to keep him away from her, she'll probably just find another 16 yr. old. If he was older you couldn't do anything, but she is breaking the law, in front of your child. You just need to be able to prove it, I'm sure if you take it to court, for custody, she won't admit to dating him. You need to get some good legal advise before you do anything. I don't think they will arrest her without proof, unless the boys parents press charges. Good Luck, take care of your baby.

Call the cops. I can't believe I just said that. But she shouldn't be with a 16 yr. old. But the legal system has a double standard for men and women. She still is a pedophile.

I think you should talk to her as a friend and a X boyfriend. It is important that you tell her what is wrong about the situation including how it is going to effect her 3 year old son. Explain to your son that his mother is going through some changes.That's all I can say. If that doesn't work all you can do is wait, I'm pretty sure she knows what she doing is wrong.

is 16 considered legal? I thought it was 18 . U need to find out & if it is illegal tell her. If the info slips out to cops or if the boy is upset and tells an adult legal issues and possible jail time can occur. That is not a good situation to bring up a child in anyway. CPS can be called and her brought up on charges for something.

Yeah well if she is that easy then apparently age doesnt matter. I would be more concerned with getting custody rights of the 3 yr old. Cuz you know he's only 13 years away.

First, I'd like to know your age, your spelling is equivalent to 3rd grade standards and according to my calculations, she moved up the line by dating a 16 yr old. Concentrate on your education so your child will have a chance at leading a better life than you.

Sounds klike shes messed up..Id try and take custody of ur son and she can get put in jail for that and then u definitly would egt ur son ...good luck u dont need a hoe like that and the baby dont need a mom like that

Talk to an attorney about getting custody of the child and notify the police. Not necessarily in that order. What she's doing is called statutory rape and she can go to prison for it. I've heard of more and more stories of women going to prison for this lately. WHAT is wrong with these women???
