1. They get a better job
2. They think there life will be better if they run away from their present location.
3. They find a fixer upper house adn that is their hobby.
4. They have the money to move around a lot and do not have strong ties to any one geographical region..

we've been nomads from day one. it's only recently that we've started to settle down. even then we tend to move around a lot. for some reason, we always think the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.
