On internet exploer look at the top of the web page and look for view
Click on view and then click on text size
Change it to what you want it to be

Hold the CTRL key while scrolling the mouse. Otherwise, if you don't have the scroll, you can click View > Text Size.

if you have a scroll mouse, then press the Ctrl button and scroll the mouse down. the font size will increase

TRICK ! works on some text. push & hold (ctrl, while rolling the scroll wheel on mouse)
toward you is LARGE, towards screen - small..
