The variety of answers are rather entertaining.
I'm watching a program and a man claiming to be an exorcist said that people who are possessed know they are?
In response to some of your answers, I never truly pondered if posession was real or just a belief of a state of mind.
Things that make ya go hmm.

There is no such thing as a person being possessed. And even if they were, a Catholic Priest has about as much authority to act in God's name as does the dog catcher.

I dont even know if there is such thing as being possessed but if there is my answer would be yes if someone was possessed i think they would know it because i think they would know themselves and just knowing your own skin you would have to know something is not right.

umm some do and some dont because they mite be regular ppl n then their other person comes n and messes things up but some ppl are jus crazy all over n dont even kno they sick or mental
