Well the only things you can do to help is :
*lots of forplay
*maybe additional lubricant
*be slow and gentle (very slow)
*insert very slowly just a little at a time
*ask if she is ok and tell her you will stop if she wants (that'll help her to relax a little)
Its still gonna hurt some no matter what but its not that bad if your partner is gentle and caring. My first was. So to my first..Thanks. Good luck just remember slow and easy.

I dont know if you can have sex with her in a way that she wont have pain the first time, but to make it whole hell of a lot easier is to give her a lot of foreplay, such as oral sex, or manual stimulation. Try using your fingers on her first, and it will loosen her up enough to lessen the pain.

I think that you need to be gentle and dont force anything and if she is not relaxed enough for it then it will hurt no matter what. But first time sex does not have to be painful it can be a very enjoyable experience if you allow it to be.

it wont be painfull but it will hurt her......there is nothing that you can do in sense but you can ask her if she is ok and if she wants to stop then stop......it is a very important thing for a woman to have sex the first time......so just let her know that it is up to her, and if she doesn't want to then just do other things with each other.....
