Most insurance plans will cover mental health care including psychiatry. Many will also have preferred providers.

Be aware that most plans also have a 'Cap" on how much they will pay for mental health care over your lifetime. This varies from plan to plan.

You likely need to get a copy of you plan and see what it covers and if there are any limitations [which there likely are]

Most of the big insurance companies cover mental health with some limitations, and many employers have "employee assistance " which can include counseling. Help is out there.
