NO, they don't like to do that in a salon anymore...it is just too dangerous...if you would like a new type make up check out hsn.com, andreana has the best eye make up...for thickening up and a professional look. you won't be un happy with her line of makeup, and the permanent make up? never, the nerves on your eyelids are just to easy to damage. a doctor can't even help you if a solon messes up you eyelids. one may droope, one may jump around for the rest of your life, just keep up the search for good make up, it's out there....
