I want to buy a wireless router but I do not know if my internet (PeoplePC) will be fast enough to use it.

is it dial up ??? if so then no. i thought people pc only offer dial up. if its dsl or cable. only thing above 512 up/down would work good on wireless. if its below 512 upload/download . you will see major lag on it.

well.. peoplepc is dial up ok there is Not work with wireless router bec it has be internet network from dsl or cable or other ones .... that one wireless router is for High speed Internet Not peioplepc dial up u know why .. Because peoplepc does Not have network modem to connect to the wireless router sorry ,,,,, i have my wireless router because I have My High speed internet is all Best than dial up like peoplepc is kind suck for u anyway u should get dsl or cable in ur area then u can get wireless router for it..

it depends on the router..... u could ask in the store but it is likely that they say "yes it works". why dont u call peoplepc and ask if they have 1? usually those r expensive, but they work fine. if u use another router u might lose some signal, but not very much. hope i helped.

Believe People PC is dial up only. Would be too slow to use with any kind of router, wireless or not.
