me and my boyfriend(of 2 years) have been argueing alot lately and today he said that he though we should split up for a few years(i know years?) and then insisted he didnt mean to say that it was just the first thing that popped into his head, how do i know if he really ment it and then changed his mine or if it was actually true?

I wouldn't worry so much about the exact words he said during a fight. If you want to know the truth, you need to be able to talk without fighting. Fighting indicates that you do not actually communicate and therefore, you guys don't know how much you can trust each other to be there through it all.

Well if u get a guy mad enough he will start talking garbage.. u know ur man more than anyone.. how did he say, in what manner, and in the context of the argument all count..

if it "just popped in his head" then he meant it because it means he was thinking about it and he'll probly break up with you sooner or later i mean my ex boyfriend said the same thing and were not together any more

people say things they dont mean when there mad or upset...but theres a bigger issue if all you guys do is argue all the time
