And why

Its so cold here at night right now! And it gets dark so early.

I live in the suburbs so I would say I love the peace and tranquility. It is a good place to think and do office-type work and enjoy a more laid-back lifestyle. Sometimes it does get boring with the shopping centres being a distance away and closing early on most days, but still there are interesting things to do with friends.

In the city, it has to be coffee drinking culture in the day, the cultural diversity, the sports-crazy crowds, the many festivals such as comedy, art exhibitions in NGV, food in Lygon street.

I LOVE Melbourne, Australia! I lived in Victoria for nearly 2 years and had several trips to Melbourne. I love the fact that the transportation around the city is top notch between the buses, trolleys and trains, the park is fabulous, the restaurants are great, and so are the pubs! Victoria Market is a fun place to go, not to mention the footy at the MCG or the Telstra Dome! I'd go back in a heartbeat! :)

I love Melbourne very much especially the TRAM. I alwz keep ready my monthly tickey without punching to the machine (free ride)! when it close to the Victoria Market, i will be EXTRA careful for checking.

At night, don't ever expect me to buy ticket and no one care and bother to inspect. The trams driver (it's call 'tram driver'?) not even bother since it is not his job.

I miss Melbourne, I miss Flinder, I miss Victoria Market, I miss tram No: 57... and lastly, i miss the moody weather of MELBOURNE!!

Melbourne is really a very nice place... I promise, i will return and i promise, i will buy the ticket this time...!!

Have a good WEEK, Melbourne!!

It's class & beauty; Multi-culturalism, relatively safe & easy to travel around; trams; reasonable prices & cost of living. It's not over-crowded & fairly easy-going; tolerant & accepting of others; i.e.egalatarianism.
