Everyone has rights. Just because a black person killed someone doesn't make everyone thats black a hypocrit. Its because of these comments that some black people may feel discriminated against.

I don't think anyone should be racist. African-Americans were once immigrants sold into slavery to the american people to work in the fields and they were mistreated and the people who sold them into slavery were their own Kings of African decent and some of them blame us just because our ancestors were stupid enough to buy them even though back then that was the way it was. Now the white men are paying the Hispanics to do the particular jobs that the African-Americans were here to do so I guess they are just angry because they are getting paid for it and their ancestors were not paid. Instead they were beaten and raped by the white race and it would make me a little upset also to know that my anscestors were treated that way also. What they do not realize yet is that the Hispanics are being treated like slaves also and not making money either and something needs to be done about all situations involving racism and slavery no matter who it is being done to. But all in all why can't we all come together and make the world a better place to live. If African-Americans do not start realizing how far they have risen above their anscestory and stop the racism then what did Martin Luther King die for and what is Jesse Jackson still fighting for? Look at the big picture and stop blaming society for what happened centuries ago and make something of yourself and be proud of who you are and stop hateing. All the people who took a stand for their freedom and this is how they still act. They are not the minority as much as they think they are, they can get a scholarship or grant faster than I could or even my children so they should be proud of how far things have progressed and of all their anscestors who took a stand for them to get them where they are right now and keep up the good work and they could learn a lesson or two from Harriet Tubman. She was one of the greatest African-American people ever! She made a difference for them and they should be proud of it and walk with their heads held high and know they will never have to go where she has been.

Wow!. Before I begin answering this question...out of respect for that family....I pray for peace for the rest of their family and I pray justice is done....Ok..my Answer:
So, now because an African American killed some Hispanic people ALL African Americans are responsible?...IF this situation weren't so tragic...that position would be laughable. But alas it is tragic. However...to answer (and question) your "points"...#1. We continue to hear about the "shitty" jobs that some Hispanics do in this country that other Americans don't want to do...Let's not be mistaken...it's not the jobs that LEGAL Americans don't want to do...it's the pay that the employers can pay an illegal (because, I mean..what is an illegal going to do...tell the law???) that Law abiding Americans would not stand for...stop twisitng reality....#2 You state: "AFRO-AMERICANS ARE HYPOCRITS. ALWAYS SCREAMING RACISM AND LOOK WHAT THEY DID??"...Um...SOME African Americans did that...I was no where near there thank you...So I'll be damed if I have to pay for it...or answer for it...As a law abiding American...I wouldn't deal with anyone that was even capable of such evil...whether they were African American, White, Hispanic or Green (I guess that would make them Martian huh?)..whatever...I don't deal with sick individuals...#3 You assume the crime was racially motivated....I doubt it...keep following the story...most (not all but a lot) of crimes occur between people that know each other in one form or another....
FInally...should I label you a drug dealer because of the Cartels from Mexico or Columbia?....Should I label you at all because of a foolish act by 1 or more Hispanics? (or maybe NO Hispanic has ever killed an African American????...smh)...Not at all...I deal with you (and anyone for that matter)...based on who they are and what they do...not what ANYONE does who just happens to be the same race as them..Sheesh...do people actually think anymore?

you would be a fool not to aknowlede america is racist. i mean the continent of North America was founded into racial genocide to say anything less is just not the truth. All races do harm but all races seem to be hypocrites as well. For the issue of mexican immigration i completely disagree with telling people that they can't have a better life in essence that is what they are being told america is a nation of immigrants and they have no right what so ever to deny any rights to anyone just trying to get out of a bad place. if you were born in america you don't have a clue what it is like to live in other parts of the world. So love everyone we are all just brothers and sisters anyway in the grand scheme of things.

first as an african american woman i can say i am not a hypocrite. i do not feel though this should be completely ignored ( the muder that is but people don't care about minorities killing other minorities. if it was a white person thing would be different it would be all over the news that is just how society is). as for the family however i disagree. yes mexicans are a minority, but most of them came here of their own free will did they not? all african american's are originally from africa that is where are ancestors are we didn't want to come here. and as for the shitty jobs mexicans take they take them because they are there and since most mexicans who come here are not legal it is all they can get. no one told them take this job or die, if they become usa citizens, pay taxes like the rest of us maybe they won't have to take thoses jobs. but they take them because it will get them to where to have to go, and they will always be in demand.
also this is just one instance. it may be close to you so i won't tell you to get over it that is life but i will say life isn't fair and who ever told you that lied to you.

First of all, Jesse Jackson was mad at Vincente Fox for having stamp with a face of a "Mammy" look alike. And I am really sorry about the Mexican immigrant still that is no connection with Jesse Jackson. And the last thing I go to say is, "why can't we be friends", and "can't we just all get along". SERIOUSLY.

you can't judge a race for a person or persons crime we are not all that way besides immigrants period should not be allowed to work & live in any country america, mexico or whatever if you don't have greencards or papers you must go through the proper channels to earn that. i feel sorry for anyone that gets murdered but to say that all black people are crying about racism is not true. i go to work everyday & come home to a family does that make me a hypocrit ? i could care less about some black people always crying racism but maybe it's personal issues that they are going through but there are some who just jump on the bandwagon when race topics come about ( remember never judge a book by it's cover )

Although there are probably many more examples of this (and not just from black people, but from all races), you cannot take one example of racially motivated murders by one African American and use it as an example of the entire race. We are all racist to some extent. I am white and I grew up in a black neighborhood. I've seen racism work both ways, and it's all based on stereotypical crap like this. Don't use this as an excuse to hate people, it's a waste of energy.

It's funny how you forgot to mention that that particular family were illegal aliens... It's also funny how they had no business being here.... You could say it's funny that they leeched off someone's hard earned tax dollars to live such a great life----better than where they came from no? I doubt you could argue that....But, what's especially funny is the irony of the entire situation. If they never came here illegally to illegally mooch off the tax payer, they perhaps may still be alive. Karma's a *****.

Criminals rarely care about the color of a victim's skin. If they harm any of us they harm all of us.Reverend Jackson will have to speak for himself, afford him the opportunity do to so.President Fox likewise will have to speak for himself. A more sensitive and accurate comment would have been that illegal immigrants take jobs that many Americans will not. That was the point that he wanted to make. Peace.
