I am not sure why this is in the "gay, bisexual, transgender" section unless the "someone" was another girl.

If your girlfriend did this, then she was not being true to you. Guy or Girl, it is better that you find out now and move on than to dwell on it or have been married with kids when it happened.

I am not trying to be a cold hearted person, in fact, I understand that you must be in a lot of pain. Just don't stay there too long. It isn't doing you any good to live in that dark and lonesome place too long. Grieve and then move on. Whatever her reasons are, she went about it all wrong. NO ONE should have to find out that things are not working out that way. She owed it to you to tell you straight out what was going on.

I'm sorry. People do that to each other and I don't know why. It does really hurt. She must not have cared though. So, you do need to move on and find someone that does. You don't need to put all this effort into the relationship.. if she is just going to play with your emotions. Find someone who will love you for all you got to give!

Bet you're freaking tired of hearing how you need to move on, blah blah blah........... well I personally have been thru something similar to you. Every situation is different really, but I have had my heart broken before and as you know it's devastating! It can crush you, suffocate you, destroy you.

I had to make a decision about my life. Was it worth living without him? Am I worth it? Am I willing to let a guy destroy me? I decided I AM worth it and he was not worth it. Guys come and go. I refused to let a guy destroy my life. Sometimes you just have to kick yourself in the a$$ and give yourself a wake up call. It's hard to snap out of it, but I had to.

Now ask yourself and be honest with yourself. Are you going to let someone who obviously didn't return your love, destroy you? I have a saying (well I didn't create it, but ..........) never cry for someone who wouldn't BOTHER shedding a tear for you.

So while I feel your pain, I gotta say, don't let this chick take up anymore of your time and energy, cuz trust me you're letting her consume you will get you nowhere really quick. Take care of yourself and good luck. I hope you make the right decision. There's really only one right decision and it has to be "You are worth it".

I am truly sorry she hurt you so. I was in your situation once. I learn that no matter how well you treat someone and give them the whole world, it doesn't seem to matter to some people, especially people who have no scrupple (moral/ethic). If indeed she is with someone else, you know where her loyalty lies. It says alot about her commitment to you.

I know many people will advise you to move on...but as the old saying goes: when you close one door, another opens.

Love is such a hurtful thing......I was in a realtinship and things were going good then all of a sudden he just stopped talkin to me...wouldnt answer my calls...Wouldnt even talk about what was wrong....I was hurt at first then I just realised he was a waste of time......
