This would be after a group of soldiers has secured a building and is using it for cover. There is a single word command used to exit the building.

Do you mean evacuate?

The order would probably entail a destination, such as, "muster at (location)."

If it were an emergency, evacuation orders would be given according to the plan to evacuate that space. Orders would probably still point to a location.

If the soldiers were just being told they could go on their own, the order is, "dismissed."
