Most birds mate for life. I can't think of the exceptions, there are only a few.

I know canadian geese do. There are a fair number of animals like that, you can usually tell by the male organs how many partners a species has.

Wolves are known to mate for life, whales and dolphins, tigers, leopards, and not sure what other ones do. Hope that helps.
