This episode is generally included in the series boxed sets you can buy at most stores that sell DVDs and music...
We own all the sets and they are great and commercial free...
As far as for free, I suppose you could get someone to tape it for you or have a friend tape it onto another blank tape of some kind, either DVD or VHS tape...
