Whats the "cool" kind of shoes worn there? And are there any particular brands of clothing most seem to like there?

hi i am a total indian and girls wear a dress-like suit it has a top which goes up to your knees and then theirs the bottom but the
most popular, well their is one popular suit maybe every month or between 5-8 week after its in the stores.The shoes are a sandel called punjabi sandel which mostly are worn at indian partys the most specil kind of brand of clothing is all kind of clothing.I am so glad i helped hope this information helps you to.

Hi, Indian fashion styles are change nowadays in urban cities. Mostly women wear in office formal clothes like shirts, trousers, Kurtis etc and women are also take care of our comfort according to the workplace . In parties what we wear ? So it's decided according to occasions if we join any Indian festival that time we prefer sarees, suits, and if we join any formal parties that time we wear western style dress...

most girls & boys nowadays wear jeans & tops. It has become a fashion statement here in most of the urban areas.Other girls wear Salwar kameez(kurtha like thing) or short kurthas(kurthas are long tops that reach up to knees with pajamas underneath).It is very comfortable.All men wear pants & jeans & shirts.
But recently long princes-cut tunics or just stylish tunics have become popular.I infact have salwar-kameez,,jeans & tunics in equal amounts.there no particular cool shoes. The style is cathing even in south india. It is not mandotory that we have to wear sarees. personally, I hate sarees. My mom don't advise me to wear saree. She says it is too much for a hot climate.

I have a coworker from India and in south all the women have to wear SARI ( the traditional indian clothes ) , you see no women wearing jeans and tops because this is a western style and just BAD women dress like this . My info is just based on what my coworker told me ...
