read the maximum load limits warning tag, required by law to be attached to every boat, then you will know the maximum safe weight for that water craft

Contact your local police department who patrol the water where you take the boat they'll know, or the coast gaurd has those records for each type of boat. Keep in mind that they'll tell you a number of persons but that is based on 150lbs per person.

I had 8 adults and 5 children on my 24' Lowe last 4th of July.It was a very slow ride to Lake Maurepas. I'm not sure what the max.# is but,be careful.

what is the make of your boat?
find this out, it must be on your registration papers
then contact them either by phone or go to their web site and look around and you may have to contact the maker of your boat...

how many life jackets do you have ? thats your answer. how many seats do you have? ps standing room only isint adviseable.
