Hurricanes, it is truly amazing they way they form and have an eye and are just so powerful!

Among the things you listed, earthquakes and tsunamis are not weather.
For me it is probably large aggregates of snow. I don't want to call them snowflakes, because when they reach the size that they cover your entire palm when they fall into it, they are not flakes at all but ellipsoidal (like an egg, but tending to be just as round on each side and a bit longer & thinner). Temperatures usually have to be very near freezing with rather calm air in a large layer near the ground.

Thunderstorms, the kind that look like a giant mushroom cloud and go on to make tornadoes! I also love a good rain storm late at night with lots of lightning, especially when it's warm enough to go outside and just watch.

cloud to cloud lightning
EDIT: I still like cloud to cloud lightning. Only saw it once, and wow, it's the best. I've seen water spouts and tornados..NOT fascinating. More like dreadful.
The thing about cloud to cloud is that there's no thunder. At least, I don't remember there being any thunder. It was like a light show. Absolutely fascinating.
