I am not sure if you two are already friends or if you're in the first stage of attempting to get him to notice you. I will assume the latter.
Men love long hair. Perhaps you can go to a salon or do it yourself and get some sexy loose curls. Put some make-up - not too much but enough to look natural. Dress classy but slightly provacative. Don't be too conservative.
Ultimately, he will either be attracted to you or not. There's only so much make-up, hair, and clothes can do to attract a person.

A confident friendly smile from an attractively groomed, decently attired female will attract ANY male that is paying attention.
Dressing like a **** is exactly the WRONG thing to do.

You use that darn sexy cerebral cortex of yours to be sexy without dressing like a lady of the evening... If you need to compermise your looks you cease to be who you are. You are who you are if he cannot accept you as you are then why bother. Just be yourself.
