Yes, there are two ways: A) If you pass the ball with your foot, the goalkeeper cant pick up the ball. B) If you pass the ball the head, or by an involuntary rebound, the goalkeeper can pick up the ball without making a foul.

Ya but he can't pick it up or it would be a handball and end up as a penalty kick. And if you are not careful you can score on your on goal. And why would you want to give it to your goalie anyway unless you have no other chose. Even in that situation you should just boot it to get it away from your defensive half of the field.

Yes, & it’s called a back pass. But there are rules, you can pass the ball with your feet but the keeper can only handle it with his feet you also can pass it with your body; chest or head, then only can the keeper catch it with his hands. Simple...

Oh! Yes. If it is by foot then he/she can't handle it by hand, he/she will have to use other parts of the body apart from the hands. If you pass it to him/her using any other parts of your body other than the leg then he/she can handle it using all other parts of his/her body including the hands.

yes, but he cannot pick it up if you pass it off of your foot. Off of your head, he can. If he touches it with his hand off of the boot of a team-mate, it's hand ball.
