Use your screenname as inspiration and believe that your truly are smart enough to know how to handle it. Keep in mind that although she may want him, he could feel the same way about her; and all the drama is a smokescreen to keep you stuck on stupid.
Also most men don't have to LIKE some they get busy with. And not too many can turn down any attractive women if shes willing and able to please him in whatever is his thing is.

I have a hunch that maybe your bf rejected her. She got upset and started to hate him. She's tells you lies about him to make you dump him. You should talk to your cousin or boyfriend and ask if something happened between them (like a fight or something..)
