My sister-in-law told me that chickens don't urinate the urination absorbs throughout their body and thats what makes certain parts of the chicken so moist and tender... I'm kind of scared to eat anymore chicken if this is the case...

Chickens don't urinate. Their excess body fluids are excreted along with their poop. That's why their poop is so runny.

The urination is not what makes certain parts of the chicken so moist and tender. The tenderness of the meet is basically due to their muscle structure and how you cook the meat. Cook the meat too long and I guarantee it won't be moist and tender.

Grew up on a farm where we raised chickens since as long as I can remember.

I use to have 30 chickens for about 5 years. I was told that it comes out with their poop.
