i'll usually wake up with my shoulder all out of wack for sleeping all weird, etc... hard time sleeping

lets see... where to begin? alright...
*I sleep with my eyes open and they get all red and i look high all the time
*I sleep fully clothed, jeans and tight t-shirts socks and all
*I can fall alseep almost instantly
*I sleep walk sometimes
*I talk a lot in my sleep
*I wake up laughing a bunch
*I always have to sleep towards a wall, any other way i cant fall asleep
*Once im asleep, its really hard to wake me up, unless you yell GARY!
*MUST! have one arm under a pillow or under my head
thats about all i can truly think of... im like a big sleeping mess... its fun though

Never lay on back..always sides
Have to have a body pillow to prop leg on
Have to have two pillows under my armpit for leverage
No covers except over my feet if I get a lil' cold in winter..
No socks on feet
short sleeve tee and undies #1 choice to sleep in

I sleep on my back with my right arm over the right side of my face, and my left leg out from under the covers.

i don't sleep, but when i do, i wake up with the same problem my shoulders and back are all screwed up from sleeping on my stomach and hands under my head.

My 5 year previous son has this one element the place like grab his pillow and squeeze, that is once you understand he's approximately to sleep. My 3 year previous daughter does what yours do, and my six month previous son will jerk his total physique!

I've got to have my feet sticking out from under the covers....it's inherited...many members of my family have the same quirk.

I have to wake up to turn over or I don't turn over at all. Also, I sometimes wake up with my arms in a crucifix position. Ouch, it's almost enough to make me sympathize with Jesus Christ.

I don't really have any. I dont toss or turn, so the blankets are usually really neat, and my German Tiger Tabby is usually sleeping next to me.

most people roll over 10-20 times a night. I don't roll over at all, my boyfriend has to flip me.
