I believe that happiness begins and ends with your general outlook on life. Being truly unhappy or happy all of the time can stunt emotional growth but having a good outlook can help - it affects the way we percieve things... Do you agree?

I definitely agree!! About a month ago i would be here typing about how miserable i felt and have no reason.

BUT then i altered my outlook on life and have noticed a massive difference! I simply stopped worrying... stopped thinking about why this and why that and just started to live!!

I cannot remember the last time i was this happy and content with where i am in life!!

Cheers!!

Yes, I do agree with you. Looking at a glass 1/2 full instead of 1/2 empty can change your whole outlook on things. Once you learn to live life on lifes terms and realize that you are powerless over others behaviors things always seem alot brighter than they used to.

Yes I am generally happy! And I believe our outlook can affect the outcome. I think we all go through good and bad. I think it is how we react and what we focus on that matters!

i agree 100% because good & bad things will happen to us all and we will be affected by them but it is how you see things your out look that will determine your nature if you are good hearted or not. i would like to believe that Ghandi was generally a happy man that does not mean he smile and said "do what you like it's ok" no he stood for or against bad things he righted wrongs and helped people, he had problems just like the rest of us but it is how he saw and dealt with those things that leaves us all to say he was a kind hearted man. again i agree with you

yes, i am generally happy...because i agree with you that happiness comes from within you, from your outlook on life and from seeing the glass as half-full... ^_^

No I think I'm not generally happy. I also think being happy has more to do with emotions and fairness.

If you are not specifically unhappy, does that make you generally happy?
